“Anne Goodwin lifts the air and electrifies hearts with her song leading. Over and over she has transformed a room packed with tired thinkers, into something resembling a gospel church: every body swaying and clapping, every voice singing with gusto. With her confidence, joy, and exceptional skill as a musician, Anne makes song leading seem effortless. I relax as soon as I see her approach the front of the hall.” – Kirstin Edelglass , Facilitator, Work That Reconnects, Rowe Conference Center
“What a joyous and skilled songleader you are. Not only did you bring your beautiful voice and presence, but also so many lovely songs that fit our event — elder, grandparents, and our concern for the climate and future generations. “- Lynne Iser, Elders Climate Action ( See a video of a flash mob of elder climate activists at Union Station in Washington DC, with Anne leading the singing here.)

“400 people came to a Black Lives Matter vigil that was organized in just six days. On day four I asked Anne Goodwin whether she might be willing to close the gathering by leading people in song, and she was a delight to work with as plans evolved and needs emerged. She ended up both opening and closing the vigil, leading the group — outdoors, with no amplification beyond her own voice — in a simple but effective opening chant, and later sending everyone off singing and joyful.”– Lori Kenschaft, Coordinator
“Anne Goodwin led a Pete Seeger sing -along for our winter program at the First Parish. Her music reminds us that singing together can be a powerful tool for change and a powerful support for our spirits.” –Annette Sawyer, Chair, Alliance of First Parish Arlington Massachusetts
